Transfer to voicemail allows you to quickly transfer a call to a user's voicemail if you know they are unavailable and the caller would like to leave a message. The following configuration creates a macro which will transfer a call with "03" prepended on the extension so the call goes directly to voicemail.
Transfer to Voicemail configuration requires the use of device overrides with Reseller permissions. If you are unfamiliar with device overrides, please consult Adding a Device Override.

How To Transfer A Call To Voicemail
- From an active call screen, select the VMxfer button.
- Enter the extension of the user you want to transfer the call to.
- Select Enter.
- The call will be transferred to the user's voicemail and the phone will return to the home screen.
