Factory Reset Yealink Phones

  1. Power on the phone
  2. Wait until the phone has booted up and is at the idle screen
  3. Hold down the OK button until the message "Reset to Factory Settings?" appears
  4. Press OK or Yes depending on the phone model
  5. Your phone will reboot and will be reset to factory defaults
