If you would like to receive an SMS notification when you get a voicemail, you may use the e-mail to SMS gateway of your mobile carrier.

- As an Office Manager or Reseller User, access the User you wish to setup Voicemail to SMS for.
- Add an Email Address using <mobile number>@<mobile carrier gateway>. Below is a list of mobile provider e-mail to SMS gateways:

The brief Voicemail to E-mail options are the most mobile-friendly. Note: If voicemail transcription is enabled, the transcription will not be included in the SMS.
