Call Forwarding

Call forwarding allows the user to forward a call received depending on the call forwarding type to another phone number. For instance, a user may choose to have a call forwarded to their cell phone while away, or in a business environment forward a call to another user if currently on the phone. Call forwarding may be configured via Star Codes for Residential Users or via Answering Rules for Business Users.
