Customer Service Record (CSR)

Your CSR is the record of information associated with your account including your number(s), address, and Billing Telephone Number (BTN). To ensure a port is completed in the shortest amount of time AVATAVA recommends that you request your CSR prior to submitting a port request.

A CSR generally includes the following information:

  • Authorized User - The administrator of the account. Typically this is the person who originally set it up.
  • Business Name - If applicable, the name of the business the number is registered to.
  • Account Type - Is this a business or residential account.
  • Service Address - The physical location registered to the telephone number, also the 911 registration address.
  • Billing telephone number (BTN) - The primary 10 digit telephone number.
  • Current Service Provider Name - The name of the phone company you're porting the number from.
  • Current Service Provider Account Number - The account number at the phone company you're porting from.
